This is the vendor's designed behaviour
The manual describes what a program was built to do. PSI does not use all of it — the cost-accounting standards path is the clearest example. Always confirm against live data and the cataloged object before relying on it.

SF3006 | WORK-IN-PROCESS LOT SPLIT REGISTER | This report shows all lot splitting transactions made since the last time this report was printed and the register cleared. |
SF3020 | MACHINE USAGE DETAIL INQUIRY | This program allows the user to look at the detailed usage of a machine. This data is accumulated by labor entry and update against those WIP routing lines that have machine numbers on them. |

SF3031 | MACHINE MAINTENANCE REGISTER | This report shows all machine maintenance transactions logged since the last time the register was updated to the maintenance history files. |
SF3032 | MACHINE MAINTENANCE UPDATE TO HISTORY | This program transfers data from the machine maintenance E & M files to the machine maintenance history files, thus making them permanent. |

SF3182 | DATE PLANNING ERROR MESSAGE LISTING | This report shows all date planning error messages generated by batch processing programs (e.g., SF3082, SF3180, MRP explosion) since the last time the report was run and cleared. |
SF3184 | PLANNED INPUT/OUTPUT HISTORY GENERATION | This program will take the planned capacity data for a specified date range and load it into the planned input and output fields on the IO.HIST file. This data will be used in the Input/Output History Report (SFBASE SF3220). |
