The manual describes what a program was built to do. PSI does not use all of it — the cost-accounting standards path is the clearest example. Always confirm against live data and the cataloged object before relying on it.

CC5001 | ENGINEERING STATUS CODE LISTING | This program will print a hard copy listing of all information entered on the Engineering Status Code Master file (ENG.CHG). The user may run the report for a selected range of comapnies or status codes. |
CC5002 | ENGINEERING CHANGE DISPOSTION CODE ENTRY AND MAINTENANCE | This program will allow the operator to enter and maintain information on the Dispostion Code Master file (ENG.DISP). This file will be used to reference the various dispostion phases of an ECN. |
CC5003 | ENGINEERING CHANGE DISPOSTION CODE FILE LISTING | This program will supply the user with a hard copy listing of information entered on the Engineering Change Dispostion Code file. |
CC5004 | EFFECTIVITY CODE ENTRY AND MAINTENANCE | This program will permit the user to enter and maintain Effectivity Codes to be used during ECN entry and maintenance. |
CC5005 | EFFECTIVITY CODE FILE LISTING | This program will print a hard copy listing of the Effectivity Code Master file. The user will have the option to run the report for a selected range of companies and/or a selected range of effectivity codes. |
CC5006 | ENGINEERING CHANGE NOTICE BASELINE/AUDIT CODE ENTRY AND MAINTENANCE | This program will allow the users to enter and maintain Baseline Audit reference codes to be used during ECN entry and maintenance. The codes entered here will be validated during ECN entry and Maintenance. |
CC5007 | ECN BASELINE/AUDIT FILE LISTING | This program will supply the user with a hard copy listing of the Baseline/Audit master file. The user will have the option to run the report for a selected range of companies and/or a selected range of baseline codes. |
CC5008 | ENGINEERING CHANGE APPROVAL STATION CODE ENTRY AND MAINTENANCE | This program allows the user to enter and maintain codes for reference to the approval stations used in tracking Engineering Changes. |
CC5009 | APPROVAL STATION CODE FILE LISTING | This program will allow the user to print a hard copy listing of all approval station codes on the Approval Station master file. |
CC5010 | ENGINEERING CHANGE REQUEST ENTRY AND MAINTENANCE | This program will allow the user to enter and maintain Engineering Change Requests. The program will also automatically maintain two cross references; document to ECR number and Part to ECR number. |

CC5016 | ENGINEERING CHANGE NOTICE TRACKING REPORT | This program will print a hard copy listing showing all Engineering Change Notices on file. This report is designed for use in reviewing the approval tracking information associated with each ECN in the system. |
CC5017 | ENGINEERING CHANGE REQUESTS BY DOCUMENT | This program supplies the user with a hard copy listing of all Engineering Change Requests on the ECR file. |
CC5018 | PENDING ENGINEERING CHANGE REQUESTS REPORT | This program is a hard copy listing showing Engineering Change Requests in Assembly number sequence. It will show all of the pending ECR s against each part. |
CC5019 | ENGINEERING CHANGE NOTICES REPORT | This program is a hard copy report of all Engineering Change Notices on file for each Assembly. Only those ECN records with no apporval date will be printed on the report. |
CC5020 | ECN STATUS HISTORY REPORT | This program will print a hard copy report of all of the approved Engineering Change Notices associated with a part number, showing the revision numbers for each associated document. |
CC5021 | ECNS APPROVED BUT NOT DISTRIBUTED | This program will print a hard copy report of all Engineering Change Notices which have been approved but not yet distributed. The operator has the option to limit the ECN s listed by entering a number of aging days. |
CC5022 | ECNS APPROVED AND DISTRIBUTED BUT NOT INCORPORATED | This report lists all ECN s which have been approved and distributed, but have one of more incorporation dates missing. The operator will have the option to run the report on an aging basis. |
CC5023 | ECR/ECN JOBSTREAM REPORT | This program will allow the operator to run several other reports from a single menu item. Any of these reports can be run separately or from within this batch process. |
CC5024 | PART DATA LIST AND EXCEPTION REPORT | This report will print an exploded Bill of Material listing for each Assembly on file. The operator will have the option to run the program for all BOM s, a selective range of BOM s, or selectively 1 through 40 BOM s. |
CC5025 | AS BUILT CONFIGURATION ENTRY AND MAINTENANCE | This program allows the user to enter and maintain end item AS-BUILT information. |
CC5026 | AS BUILT CONFIGURATION WHERE USED INQUIRY | This program will allow the user to perform WHERE USED inquires for any post production part. |
CC5027 | AS BUILT CONFIGURATION LISTING | This program is a hard copy listing os the As Built Configuration file. |
CC5028 | AS BUILT WHERE USED LISTING | This program lists all of the serail numbers for each assembly number and revision letter combination as well as the end item assembly numbers, revision letters, and serial numbers that the assembly was used in. |
